1. USF(University Of Southern Florida) botanical gardens & USF Contemporary Art Museum:

Botanical garden of Souther Florida houses about 3000 plants and 60 species of birds of diverse eco system. Perfact escapate for a hot summer afternoon.

2. The Pier

The Pier is located in downtown of St. Petersburg. About 30 miles from Tampa. You may shop, sight see or just relax at The Pier.

The inverted pyramid structure of The Pier contains five-stories. Each level contains various speciality stores as well at restaurants. You may also do fishing by the pier. On Sundays there are many free events being hosted at the Pier.



3. Ballast Point Park

This park offers spectacular views of downtown Tampa. It has walkways along the water, picnic shelters and play equipment in the children’s play area. The Bayshore Boulevard has quick access from Ballast Point Park.

Bayshore Boulevard links South Tampa and downtown.,It is world's longest continuous sidewalk - about four and a half miles. One side of the drive is lined with stately historic homes and modern towering condominiums while the other offers a fabulous view of Tampa Bay. It is a treat to take a walk on this Boulevard.

4. Ybor City Guided Walking Tour And Centro Ybor Museum
90 minute tour of Ybor city explores the Latin districts history, culture and architecture.

The museum in the heart of Tampa’s historic cigar district. Museum includes cigar trade exhibits and a video tracing the area’s growth from swampland to city.

5. P. Buckley Moss Gallery

Looking for things to do with kids on a summer afternoon. Visiti P. Buckley Moss Galary. It houses works of P. Buckley Moss a contemporary artist.


6. Fort De Soto Park


Fort De Soto Park was named America’s Top Beach by TripAdvisor, the world's largest online travel community.

This park consists of 1,136 acres made up of five interconnected islands. Its spectacular soft white sand beach along with calm and clear water provides very laid-back atmosphere.


7. Yuengling Brewery
Tour America's oldest Brewery. You can also get free samples.

8. Pinellas County Heritage Village
Haritage village is 21-acre living history museum. It is located in the heart of Pinellas County. There are about 28 historic European flavor structures showing architecture dating back from 19Th century.


9. Dunedin Historical Society and Museum

Hours:Tuesday - Saturday10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

10. Tampa Electric Manatee Viewing Center
Center showcases Florida’s coastal wildlife and plant life. You can view hundreds of Manatee (Sea Cows) at this center. If you are travelling with kids, I highly recommend this place for them.

Center is open to the public from November 1 through April 15 each year.
