3 Day Itinerary for Visiting Miami, Florida and Fun Things To Do

Few days not enough to visit one of the most exciting places in Florida and USA. However here is a sample itinerary of 3 days for Trip to Miami. Visit to Miami will make you want to come back here again and again.

Day 1: Ocean Drive and Art Deco District  in Miami South Beach Area is the place to visit in Miami if you are short on time. Stunning Art Deco buildings on one side housing some great restaurants , hotels, bars etc and beautiful beach on the other side.  It is fun to see the place being transformed from morning till late night. It provides some fantastic views of Miami. It is fun to take a stroll on boardwalk by the beach. Also consider taking walking tour of Art Deco Historic District if you love architectural buildings.

South Beach is the beach in Miami between 1st Street to 30th Street. It is the beach that defines Miami that we see in movies. White sand and clean water and a long beach with lovely ocean. There are so many things to do there, like Jet Skiing, Para sailing etc. Only 10 minutes walk from South Beach is South Point Park. Just let yourself lose and relax. It is a perfect place for walking and viewing some great scenes of Miami.

Day 2:  Visit Little Havana to experience the lively Cuban culture. It is area on 8th Street between 13th and 16th Avenue. Art galleries, music, dancing, great food , Cuban Coffee Shops: it all creates perfect atmosphere.

Coral Gables lies in just south of Miami downtown. It is beautiful oasis of homes and shopping areas built in Mediterranean Revival style. You can see Italian and Spanish influence here. The area known as Miracle Mile is upscale shopping and dining area where you can spend hours and hours without getting bored. Check out Baltimore Hotel and Venetian Pools specifically.

Spend evening at BaySide Market Place. It provides great Dining, Shopping and Entertainment at the Bay. (401 Biscayne Boulevard,Miami, FL)

Day 3:  Spend 3rd day exploring Seaquarium (4400 Rickenbacker Causeway Key Biscayne, FL 33149), Zoo Miami (12400 SW 152nd St, Miami, FL 33177) and Coral Castle Museum(28655 South Dixie Highway,Miami, FL 33033).

Seaquarium is marine-life entertainment park. It has variety of shows consisting of dolphins, sea lions,  killer whale , Manatee etc. It is a fun place for children as well as for adults.

Zoo Miami or Zoological Park of Miami houses more than 2000 animals in a cageless environment. There are variety of fun rides like Safari Tram Rides and Camel Rides are available to entertain all ages. There is children's zoo area where visitors can be upclose with some unique animals.
